By entering and/or accepting a prize, contestants release and agree to hold harmless Malibu Kayaks LLC and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this contest. Acceptable DVD formats include: AVI, MPEG1/2/4, VCD/SVCD/DVD, ASF, WMV, RM, and QuickTime MOV.
Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, dealers, and distributors of Malibu Kayaks, their subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Upon entering this Contest, participants agree to waive any rights their state of residence may provide in regard to contests, games of chance, or sweepstakes. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
By entering this contest, you represent that your video is original and of your own creation. Publication of the material will not violate the rights of any kind of any third party, and you have provided all necessary permissions and releases. You also signify that the video is not obscene or offensive and that it does not violate community decency standards.
By entering this Contest, you agree to allow Malibu Kayaks and its affiliates to use your name, city, state, and video in connection with our publication of your entry and for promotional purposes (except where prohibited), without review, notification, or approval. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, grant of rights, and a publicity and liability release within 10 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
